CLUB 52 FAQ's

When is the Club 52 Season?

April through mid-July

*During June and July, our program intentionally reduces practices and tournament play to accommodate family travel and multi-sport participation

Where Do Practices and Games Take Place?

Practices are held at various locations all over the Mequon area. We utilize Lumen Christi Catholic School and several Mequon-Thiensville District Schools. Games are local to the North Shore / Milwaukee area, with an occasional tournament no further than 90 miles from Milwaukee.

Who are the Coaches?

Our coaches range from former Division I college basketball players, Former DI college basketball coaches, high school varsity coaches, and parents at our younger age levels only. See our Club Staff page under the "About" tab!

Can My Child Play for Club 52 if They Play Multiple Sports in the Spring/Summer?

Yes, we accept multiple sport athletes. However, playing time will be affected if they miss practice. The players that come to practice the most regularly will be awarded.

Will I receive a refund if my child is injured?

Team fee refunds will only be issued to Club 52 participants who purchase Registration Cancellation Protection through Vertical Insure at the time of registration via TeamSnap.

This protection plan can reimburse up to 100% of non-refundable registration fees if the covered participant is unable to take part in the season. Coverage includes 70+ covered reasons, such as illness, injury, severe weather, transportation difficulties, and more. Coverage begins the day after the policy is purchased.

Club 52 is not responsible for issuing refunds in cases related to mental health unless the situation is discussed with the Club 52 Director, Cam Marotta, prior to the start of the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year varsity letter winner at Homestead High School under head coach, Kevin McKenna. Honorable mention all-conference honoree. Highlanders claimed a regional title during his tenure and he served as team co-captain. All-region selection in football and helped the program to the state semifinal game. Also earned all-area and all-conference accolades as a cornerback and served as co-captain. Played in the AAU ranks for Wisconsin Playground Elite.

COLLEGE: Attended Marquette University undergrad from 2015 - 2019. Spent four years as a walk-on under head coach Steve Wojciechowski. Appeared in 18 games for the Golden Eagles throughout his four seasons.

GRADUATE SCHOOL: Attended Marquette University graduate school where he earned his master's in management. Served as a Program Assistant under head coach Steve Wojciechowski from 2019 - 2021.
